By entering into any competition, within the GigJunkie website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below, which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. You can enter these competitions by following the instructions detailed on theGigJunkie Competition Page, you will automatically be entered into the competition and you will therefore become an “Entrant”.

  2. Entrants must be 18 or over, unless the Entrant’s parent or legal guardian consents in writing for the Entrant (who must in any event be 16 or over) to enter the competition. Such consent should be addressed to Smart Tickets Limited, 95 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HX. Receipt of the letter of consent by GigJunkie will constitute the child’s entry into the competition and the acknowledgement and acceptance by the parent or legal guardian and the child of these terms and conditions.

  3. The prizes are as detailed on the GigJunkie website. There will be no cash alternative. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. All prizes are non-transferable. Monthly competition prizes, where prize winners are given the option of tickets of their choice, may redeem this prize upto the value of £25 inclusive of booking fee and service charges per ticket.

  4. The closing date for entries are detailed on the GigJunkie website. There will be prize winner[s] as detailed on theCompetition Page. The prize winner[s] [and runners up] will be selected on the said date detailed on theCompetition Page from all entries received prior to the closing date. GigJunkie will asses all entries between the given dates decide the winner in line with what is agreed on the competitions page.

  5. Prize winner[s] [and runners up] will be contacted by GigJunkie or a designated representative by private message to the personal account that was provided when the Entrant registered with GigJunkie, within 1 days of the prize winner[s] [and runners up] being selected. If a prize winner or runner up has not contacted GigJunkie to claim their prize by the end of the day, the prize winner or runner up shall forfeit the right to claim their prize and GigJunkie shall have the right to select an alternative winner.

  6. GigJunkie does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

  7. Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently

  8. As an Entrant, you release GigJunkie from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof (save where due to our negligence). You agree to GigJunkie using your name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any compensation.

  9. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of GigJunkie, any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

  10. GigJunkie’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered in these terms and conditions, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. GigJunkie reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition at any time.

  12. If the prize cannot be awarded for whatever reason, GigJunkie will provide a substitute prize of equivalent quality and value.

  13. By entering this competition and in consideration of the chance of winning this prize you hereby assign to GigJunkie in perpetuity and with full title guarantee, all right, title and interest in and to, and all other rights of whatsoever kind and nature in (including, without limitation, rental and lending rights), any material you send to GigJunkie. You acknowledge that you will receive no further remuneration or compensation for the material you send to GigJunkie and you waive irrevocably and absolutely any and all moral rights arising under Chapter 4 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and, so far as is legally possible, any equivalent rights you may have in any territory in the world.

  14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.

  15. Entrant warrants that the material they send to GigJunkie will not: (i) violate or infringe the intellectual property rights or any other rights (including any rights of privacy and moral rights) of any third party; and (ii) be defamatory, false, illegal, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or contain any material that may incite racial hatred or terrorist activity. Entrant further warrants that any material sent by Entrant to GigJunkie contains no virus or other code that will, upon the occurrence of an event, the passage of time, or otherwise, delete or alter any data or impair the operation of any computer system or any equipment or software thereon, or permit any unauthorised access to any such system, equipment or software. Entrant further promises to defend, indemnify and hold GigJunkie and its affiliates or assignees harmless from and against all costs (including reasonable legal costs), expenses, liabilities (including any tax liability), or damages arising out of any claims, demands, or other proceedings brought by a third party against GigJunkie arising or resulting from any breach, or alleged breach, by Entrant of its warranties in this section 16 or any other declaration made by Entrant to GigJunkie in these terms and conditions.

  16. GigJunkie will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and will not provide them to any other organisation without your permission.

  17. No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may enforce any term of it and the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply.

    If any provision in these terms and conditions is declared void or unenforceable by any court or other body of competent jurisdiction, or is otherwise rendered so by any applicable law, that provision shall to extent of such invalidity or unenforceability be deemed severable and all other provisions of these terms and conditions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

  18. GigJunkie shall be entitled to assign the benefit of these terms and conditions in whole or in part to any third party and in the event of any such assignment Entrant hereby undertakes to fulfil Entrant’s obligations hereunder pursuant thereto.

  19. Entrant shall do all things and execute at the request of GigJunkie all documents as GigJunkie may require to vest in and further assure the rights granted by Entrant to GigJunkie under these terms and conditions.

  20. This competition is governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Good Luck!

 

 

 

Bebo Tour Dates Application Competition Terms & Conditions.

The various Competition prizes detailed on the Bebo Tour Dates Application Page adhere to the following terms and conditions.
