The Drums' Jonny Pierce is set to participate in a star studded performance for acclaimed Royal Ballet choreographer, Wayne McGregor and producer, Mark Ronson.  The nine love songs featured in 'Carbon Life' will be sung by yours truly alongside The Drums' recent collaborator, Boy George, Alison Mosshart of The Kills, Hero Fisher and rappers, Wale and Black Cobain.  With Rufus Wainwright having applied his orchestration skills on the music by Mark Ronson and Miike Snow's, Andrew Wyatt.

Pierce's earlier involvement with Ronson can be noted in his co-writing of 'You Gave Me Nothing' and 'Lose It (In The End)' with Ghostface Killah for his 2010 album, 'Record Collection'.  With team work between The Drums and Boy George stemming from February at their NME Awards show at London's Roundhouse whereby he joined forces with Jonny during 'If He Likes It Let Him Do It'.

The work of 'Carbon Life' will open on 5th April for six dates only and will run alongside 'Polyphonia' at the Royal Opera House in London.

Ticket prices start at just £3 with the top price at £42 and more information can be found HERE.
