Submitted by http://www.metallust.com Warlord uk hit the scene in 93 with a mix of Death/Thrash/Crusty Punk and Metal. The band had a cult following due to their Amebix & Killing Joke influences, as well as band members being involved with Benediction and Stampin Ground. Warlord signed to Nuclear Blast in 96 and recorded their first album Maximum Carnage. The superb title track for this album is featured with the link above. The band did a European tour with Bolt Thrower and had many tours with bands such as Napalm Death, Cancer, GBH, and thrashers Cerebral Fix. After these successful tours Warlord headlined the Norway Metal festival in Oslo. Warlord were given the main tour support for grindcore gods Naplam Death, which was a massive achievement when they were at the peak of their careers. Since Warlord's recent reformation the band have played a great show for Terrorizer magazine and supported Napalm Death & Obituary on their recent European tours. NEW ALBUM "EVIL WITHIN"

Already having an appearance at Bloodstock, A support slot for Sepultura, Warlord UK and Exodus, as well as an ever-growing list of impressive shows and exposure under their belts, Shrapnel have been relentless in their advances on the UK metal scene. confirmed to support Sepultura in July, Warlord Uk in Oct & Exodus in Nov2010. After winning the Metal To The Masses competition in London and securing a slot at this years Bloodstock festival Shrapnel is constantly building momentum with no sign of slowing down. The follow up E.P has just been recorded at Parlour Studios, Kettering with Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Evile, Dimmu Borgir) and will be available by November.

These guys are raging all over the country making big waves in the world of proper thrash metal with a “take no prisoners” attitude. The band released there first single 'Deathstalker' in december 09 which has had numerous radio play. The band are releasing there first E.p entitled The nightmare begins... in the coming months.
